Little Caesars Pizza "Adolf Horn" — Restaurant in Jalisco

My review is on the staff, not the food. It seems like this establishment hires incompetent people. All their employees lack of customer service as well and I say so because it's not the first time I have an issue with this franchise. Today's issue is that I ordered a pizza through the app, received the app notification that it was ready for pick up and upon arrival for the pick up, it was not even prepared. I had to wait 10 minutes for it when that's the reason why I ordered through the app instead of walking in and the staff couldn't even apologize for the inconveniences even after I said this generated an inconvenience. They stood quiet and only said I have to wait 8-10 minutes because they don't know what mysteriously happened to the pizza. I have tried submitting reports about this establishment to the CEO, but the company doesn't have a complaint contact for...

Food is fine. The employees attitude especially some of the ladies there, believe to be the manager seems like she's doing people a favor selling the food. Has no idea/notion of what good customer service is all about. You could see and hear some of the customers complaining about this same issue while I was there. Más de 20 personas en filas antes de comprar, otras 10 personas esperando después de la compra, 13 repartidores de plataforma esperando...el detalle que solo estaban vendiendo y ofreciendo un producto que no es lo que quería la gente, que por lo general pedimos la peperoni, si están viendo que la gente quiere peperoni porque se ponen a hacer y ofrecer de otras? Entiendo que es un negocio pero a que costo hacen eso, ya sera la ultima vez que voy ahi, espero que lo tomen como constructivo el mensaje. Aparte de que la persona que estaba en cajas dijo que me llamaba cuando estuvieran listas mis pizzas, pasaba el tiempo y veía que no me llamaba, me acercó y me dice que ya me había llamado anteriormente, cosa que no fue, y para esto seguía aún así sin tener de peperoni. Fueron 30 min en total de espera desde la compra, no cuento el tiempo en la fila. Ojalá también se pongan en el lugar de la gente, el gerente y las directrices que toma solo hacen que ya no queramos ir.
